Our origins begin in San Jose, California, a city known for its blend of technology, culture, and education. Although it is the vibrant heart of Silicon Valley, Flame Kirby faced one of the most challenging periods of her life while living on the streets. She grappled with feelings of inadequacy and despair, often feeling devalued as less than human.

Amidst this struggle, an idea emerged during moments of reflection. Flame realized that true coaching and transformation begin with recognizing one’s own worth and potential. Inspired by the phoenix—a powerful creature and symbol of rebirth, resilience, and transformation—she understood that she could rise above her circumstances. This revelation ignited a passion within her to create a space and guidance for others seeking their own transformations.

Thus, Evermoving We Rise Institute, LLC™ was born, symbolizing a unique mission to foster renewal and empowerment through personal growth. The motto, “Embrace Your Inner Phoenix, Own Your Magick,” encapsulated her vision. Flame aimed to build a community that supported both personal and professional development, guiding individuals as they navigated their journeys.

The institute became a haven for those ready to rise above their challenges, offering workshops and mentorship that nurtured a culture of growth. Here, transformational coaching skills were taught alongside invaluable lessons in self-love, respect, and perseverance.

Flame Kirby is a dynamic leader, ordained High Priestess, businesswoman, and forensic mental health professional dedicated to empowering others through a blend of spiritual wisdom and psychological insight. A native of Western North Carolina, she combines her deep understanding of Appalachian culture with academic excellence, including graduating valedictorian from Full Sail University’s Entertainment Business Master’s program. With over 40 years of experience in various traditions, she encourages others to “Embrace Your Inner Phoenix, Own Your Magick.”
